When Tooru was an awkward little boy who didn’t fit in, he found comfort in the company of his cousin Takara, a big, strong lad who recognized the loneliness in Tooru and devoted himself to watching over the smaller boy. Sadly though, the cousins had to part ways. Flash forward to a few years later: Tooru is now a well-mannered young man, sharing household and work duties with his two brothers, Hajime and Futaba, while their parents are abroad. Just when he has all but forgotten about Takara, his cousin turns up on his doorstep! It seems Takara is supposed to live with them from now on.
