Domestic Continental US
Orders shipped by standard shipping services (UPS Ground) are primarily shipped through UPS but occasionally we may ship your order through USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground rates are based on Size and weight of the package.
Warehouse Pickup
Orders that select Pickup at Warehouse can be picked up at our warehouse on business days (Mon-Fri) between the hours of 11am-4pm, excluding holidays. You must provide a valid contact number for us to contact you when your order is ready for pick-up. The address of our warehouse can be found at the bottom of the main page (www.mugentoys.com).
Hawaii and Alaska
For orders shipped to Hawaii, select Priority Mail (HI, AK). You can also select UPS Ground services to Hawaii.For Order shipped to Alaska, select Priority Mail (HI, AK).
Puerto Rico
For the most cost effective shipping, select Priority Mail (PR).
Canada
Select Air Parcel Post(Canada) Note: We are not
responsible for any Duties and /or Custom Fees that may be incurred for sending packages to Canada. Please check the tariff codes of your country before submitting an order to us.
Express Shipments
UPS Next Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 day select services may require additional shipping fees other than the rate given in the shopping cart. Large packages are based on volume (size of the package) as well as weight. We can not effectively calculate all express shipment cost since each product's volume may exceed the weight based rates and we need to calculate volume based rates. When selecting any of these services, make sure you supply an email you regularly check or a telephone number that is picked up.
Delays in checking email or a message on voice mail will delay your express shipping service.
